BailRep is an online social lending marketplace for comparing financial products dedicated to making bail more affordable and accessible.

How does the site work?
Once your form is submitted, the lenders best qualified to give you the maximum approval amount at the best terms will make an offer. Often, you will receive offers within seconds.
If no offers are returned, you can always resubmit your form with a qualified co-signer (co-applicant).

What is the age, ID, and residency status?
You must be 18 or older to be eligible for a personal loan. You must also have a valid Social Security number, and be a legal U.S. citizen or permanent resident.

Is a bank account required?
Most lenders require a valid checking account. If you accept a loan offer through BailRep, your lender will deposit your funds directly into said account.

Will using BailRep affect my credit score?
No. Using BailRep does not lower your credit score.

What are the rates and terms?
Only a lender can provide you with information on their rates and terms. Remember, you are under no obligation to accept any loan offer if the terms are not satisfactory for whatever reason.

Is BailRep really free?
Using BailRep is completely free and you can use our service as often as needed.

What can I use bail bond loans for?
Emergency loans may be used for bail bonds, cash bail bonds (cash-only bail bonds), immigration bonds, child support payment purge bonds and other unexpected emergencies. 

How much can I borrow?
Loans for bail and other emergencies range from $100 up to $35,000. There is no risk, no cost, no down payments, no collateral required, and no obligation to accept a loan offer.

How long does it take for a response?
Once you submit your information, you will receive loan offers within seconds. You can review the terms and decide if it's right for you.

Can I add a co-signer (co-borrower)?
In many cases, borrowerss have the opportunity to add a co-signer (co-applicant) to increase their likelihood for receiving offers. If your credit history is subpar, it is strongly encouraged that you resubmit with a co-signer (co-applicant). If you would like to add a co-signer (co-applicant) after you have already submitted your form, please reapply with the new co-signer on our website.

What are the minimum requirements for getting approved?
There are no minimum requirements as every form is unique and many factors are considered, including but not limited to income, credit profile, and outstanding debt balances.

Would my requested amount affect my chances of getting offers?
Your requested loan amount will not affect loan offers. If we are unable to secure the full requested amount, we will inform you of the maximum amount that can be borrowed.

Does my bail bondsman have to work with BailRep?
Most of BailRep's financing plan require your bondsman’s participation, but some do not.

How does my bail bondsman get paid?
BailRep will disburse the funds to the borrower's bank account the next business day. The borrower is responsible for paying the bail bondsman directly.

Do you require any collateral?
No. Offers made through BailRep's network of lenders are unsecured personal loans, which means you are not required to pledge or put up collateral.

Why doesn't BailRep have a phone number?
We're all about using technology to help our customers, so we currently offer our customer support through email and facebook. We don't provide phone support right now.

How do I get the money?
The money will be deposited directly into your checking account the next business day after accepting an offer and completing verification (E-sign all documents).

Where do you offer bail bond loans and cash bail bond financing?
We offer financing for bail and other emergencies in all 50 states.

Do you assist with pre-arrest warrants?
We offer loans for pre-arrest warrants and outstanding warrants, whether for a misdemeanor or felony charges. Arrange for a bail bond loan before turning yourself in. Contact a local bail bondsman or agent prior to surrendering yourself.

What if I disagree with the premium or fee a bail bondsman requires?
Contact more than one bail bondsman from our online directory listing and negotiate the bail bond fee (premium).

How do I know my personal information is secure?
